Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Manager of Business Development to build and qualify enterprise software pipelines for global manufacturing and distribution customers. The role offers night shifts, onsite work in Ortigas, and exposure to AI-enabled sales processes.

You will drive inbound and outbound campaigns, collaborate with leadership, and lead a team to achieve aggressive revenue targets while delivering value to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, validate outputs, and protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Apply qualification frameworks to leads to improve sales effectiveness.
• Drive pipeline growth through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Leverage sales engagement tools to accelerate high-velocity prospecting and pipeline growth.
• Partner with sales leadership to tailor campaigns and messaging to improve pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, next steps, forecasts, and deal context.
