Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales, familiarity with AI-enabled tools, and experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Zoho. You will build and qualify opportunities, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with global leaders for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, including validating outputs, protecting confidential information, and applying human judgment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience using Salesforce, Zendesk, and Zoho.
• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and prioritize them using qualification frameworks to optimize the sales process.
• Execute inbound and outbound lead-generation strategies to strengthen the sales pipeline.
• Perform high-volume prospecting to generate leads and increase bookings.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline with targeted outreach and account planning.
• Connect customer challenges with software capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Keep CRM records accurate: activities, next steps, forecasts, and deal context.
• Leverage AI-assisted research to improve insights, relevance, and seller productivity.
