Emapta Philippines seeks a Strategic Account Manager to lead high-value enterprise partnerships in the wireless technology sector, translating IT priorities into retention, adoption, and growth opportunities while collaborating with global teams.

This six-month contract offers a flexible work setup with permanent WFH, night shift options, and exposure to customer success, solutions engineering, and sales for a holistic enterprise growth role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level accounts within technology or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network design, and procurement cycles.
• Excellent relationship, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for up to 20 strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop multi-level relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align customer goals and usage patterns.
• Forecast renewals and upsell opportunities in Salesforce and maintain pipeline records.
