The role requires a bachelor's degree and a track record in enterprise telecom sales, with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
• At least 2 years of enterprise telecom sales experience.
• Proven account management and client relationship skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities.
• Results-oriented with drive to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts by understanding client needs and delivering excellent customer service.
• Identify, develop, and acquire new enterprise customers to support revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Present and position the company's products and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct market research and prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide consultative recommendations and customized solutions to clients.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client concerns.
• Monitor account performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
