Job summary

Airpay Payment Services in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the fast-growing payment gateway industry.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify potential clients across industries, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success. You will report to the Country Head and participate in industry events to promote our solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a sales Manager, preferably in the payment gateway or Fintech industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the payment gateway industry, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding business requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth as an Individual Contributor.
• Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including ecommerce, retail, hospitality, education and more.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
• Provide regular reports to Country Head, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote payment gateway solutions and generate leads.
