Responsibilities

• Lead merchant acquisition efforts to expand our portfolio and grow the business.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Support and execute sales strategies for acquisition and growth.
• Quickly resolve client issues and escalated when needed.
• Ensure accuracy in client data and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) for smooth client onboarding.
• Handle renewals and promote client loyalty.
• Identify business opportunities and address potential issues before they escalated.
• Uphold quality and compliance standards aligned with our Information Security Management System.
