Job summary

AF Payments Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive growth. You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and lead client onboarding to support sales initiatives in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

You will research markets, nurture pipelines, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor performance to meet targets while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related disciplines required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or related functions.
• Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.
• Build, maintain, and continuously grow a healthy pipeline of accounts to meet sales targets.
• Lead and support contract negotiations and coordinate the onboarding of new clients.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with agreed Client SLAs.
• Develop and execute monthly sales plans and strategies to achieve assigned sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and project execution.
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance and pipeline status.
