Job summary

RTA Services Pte Ltd in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Sales Manager to grow our IT services footprint. You will find new customers, nurture accounts and close deals across our maintenance, sparing, OSS support and professional services portfolio.

You’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract, with a quota and a roadmap supported by our pre-sales and engineering teams. Training will be provided, and a competitive package includes commissions and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in any industry.
• Hunter: confident prospecting, cold outreach and booking meetings with decision-makers.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills, and the ability to explain value in business terms – cost, risk and uptime.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Filipino is an advantage.
• Self-driven and organised, with good CRM habits; willing to travel to customers and legally eligible to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new accounts in the Philippines – enterprises, data centres, ISPs, cloud providers and system integrators.
• Run the full sales cycle: discovery, qualifying needs, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Develop and grow your assigned accounts, cross-selling maintenance, sparing, open-source support and professional services.
• Spot opportunities where customers face costly OEM renewals, end-of-life hardware or software, upgrades or migrations.
• Work with our pre-sales, engineering and operations teams to scope solutions and prepare pricing within company guidelines.
• Keep your pipeline and forecast up to date in CRM, and meet or exceed your individual sales quota.
