Job summary

Control Union Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced IT and IT Training Sales professional to drive business growth in Metro Manila.

You will identify, target and win new corporate and enterprise customers, building long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers across IT, HR, and procurement. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leverage your existing network in the IT industry, and represent the company at industry events to accelerate market

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT / IT Training Sales.
• Proven track record of winning new accounts.
• Strong corporate network with senior stakeholders.
• Extensive network within IT industry associations.
• Experience selling to corporate and enterprise clients.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven and comfortable in new markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate and enterprise customers across target industries.
• Leverage local and industry network to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D, IT, Procurement and senior decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting through closing.
• Develop key accounts and generate repeat and long-term business.
• Identify and build partnerships and channels to accelerate market development.
• Represent the company at industry association events and forums.
• Provide regular market intelligence, forecasts and customer feedback.
