Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Administration.
• 5-10 years of experience in Account Management in ICT industry (Enterprise/Carrier).
• Fundamental knowledge of ICT products and services.
• Strong technical knowledge with a proactive sales approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused team player.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the front liner of Huawei's customer interface, planning, establishing, maintaining and promoting customer connections.
• Explore sales opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers to influence project outcomes.
• Gather business insights, analyze market data, track industry trends and plan high-level events to boost brand competitiveness.
• Serve as the project lead or core member on sales initiatives and drive project execution.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver projects, ensure sales tasks are completed and strengthen company capability.
• Lead or participate in negotiations, refine contract terms, and oversee transactions, including dispute resolution.
