Job summary

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align technology roadmaps with overarching organizational goals

• Lead regular stakeholder touchpoints to deliver project updates, address concerns, and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships

• Direct ideation and scoping phases for new system enhancements, upgrades, and technology subscriptions

• Manage project budgeting and cost reviews in close coordination with relevant business units

• Negotiate project timelines, manage resource trade-offs, and establish priority levels for all system requests alongside business and IT stakeholders

• Evaluate incoming enhancement requests and collaborate on business cases and high-level requirements to build effective technical solutions

About you

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in account management, relationship management, or technical/project coordination

• Experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields
