Job summary

MEC Networks Corporation in Manila is seeking a dynamic Service Sales Officer to drive growth of professional services and ICT solutions. You will engage clients through consultative selling, bridge customer needs with our technical teams, and ensure high-impact project implementations.

In this enterprise IT sales role, you will lead end-to-end sales cycles, generate new business, coordinate with operations, and foster long-term relationships to promote recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive Consultative Sales: Engage clients to understand business requirements, identify technology challenges, and recommend tailored ICT solutions and professional services.
• Manage End-to-End Sales Cycles: Lead deal execution from qualification, client presentations, and proposal/quotation preparation to contract negotiation and successful deal closure.
• Generate New Business: Expand our services portfolio through active prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic business development activities.
• Bridge Teams & Operations: Work closely with technical and operations teams to coordinate client requirements, ensure smooth project delivery, and maintain accurate billing documentation.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Act as the main liaison for client concerns, building strong, long-term relationships to promote recurring business growth.
• Drive Market Intelligence: Monitor ICT industry trends, emerging service opportunities, competitor activities, and client feedback to contribute to new go-to-market strategies.
• Cultivate Culture: Foster a collaborative, customer-first, and results-driven work environment where team goals are consistently exceeded.
