Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor official social media pages, ensuring all online platforms are active and engaging
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via social media, email, or messaging apps
• Convert inquiries into scheduled trial sessions by communicating program value
• Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up with potential clients to increase enrollment
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to parents and students visiting the center
• Conduct facility tours and explain enrichment and educational programs offered
• Facilitate enrollment process, including registrations, explaining payment terms, and closing deals
• Assist in achieving monthly enrollment targets and sales goals
• Capture photos and videos of classroom activities for promotional use
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, trials, and enrollments
