GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the enrollment-focused sales team in Manila. You will drive strategies to increase leads and conversions while monitoring pipelines and training staff to meet targets.

The role calls for strong leadership, excellent communication, and a data-driven approach to performance. Onsite work is required, with collaboration across Marketing, Operations, and Academic teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience and 2 years of supervisory leadership.
• Proven ability to meet sales and enrollment targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve enrollment and sales targets.
• Develop strategies to increase leads, conversions, and student enrollment.
• Monitor sales pipelines, follow-ups, and team performance.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to the sales team.
• Handle customer concerns and high-priority student inquiries.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Academic teams on enrollment activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper follow-up of all leads.
