Job summary

GH Premier Review Center in Manila is seeking a Review Center Sales and Marketing Supervisor to lead the on-site sales team and drive student enrollments.

You will develop sales strategies, monitor pipelines, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Academic teams to align enrollment campaigns with targets. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in sales with leadership experience; strong CRM, reporting, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in education or review centers.
• 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and enrollment growth.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to meet enrollment targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase leads and enrollment.
• Monitor enrollment process and sales pipelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Academic teams.
• Maintain accurate sales records and proper lead documentation.
