Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. in Manila is seeking an experienced Sales Lead to guide the enrollment team and drive targets. You will shape sales strategies, oversee lead generation, and ensure a smooth enrollment process across departments.

You will monitor pipelines, coach staff, and coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Academic teams to align campaigns and programs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven target-driven sales leadership in education or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in education or related industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and enrolling students.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, lead generation, conversion, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase leads, conversions, and enrollment.
• Monitor sales pipelines, lead follow-ups, and the enrollment process.
• Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Ensure excellent customer service and assist with complex inquiries.
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for sales staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Academic teams to align campaigns and enrollment activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure leads are properly documented and followed up.
