Job summary

AscentPro in the Philippines seeks a Lead Engagement Associate to provide excellent customer support for assigned leads, guiding them through the inquiry process to apply and reach enrollment targets. You will master the MMDC model, marketing tools, admissions and enrollment systems, and support the Marketing and Admissions team as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be Filipino citizen.
• College graduate of any course.
• High school graduate acceptable with business/marketing comms and good communication skills.
• 2+ years in customer care, admissions, or business processing; 6 months–1 year in BPO.
• LinkedIn skills: customer service, customer engagement, customer support, admissions, product marketing, social media, problem‑solving.
• Experience in Business Processing, Marketing.
• Good moral character.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to enrollment targets by achieving assigned applications targets.
• Communicate with leads promptly across emails, calls, SMS, viber, chat, and social media; monitor progress to application.
• Assist in marketing activities that engage leads.
• Know the admissions process and marketing efforts to ensure information is complete and up-to-date.
• Provide excellent customer assistance and prompt resolution of customer needs for easy application experience.
• Coordinate with internal support groups for answers to queries.
• Report data, feedback, and recommendations to supervisor for progress improvements.
• Assist parents and students with the application process when requested.
