Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking a Sales and Marketing Supervisor to lead our sales and marketing efforts, drive student enrollment, and strengthen brand awareness. You will supervise the sales team and develop strategies to meet enrollment targets and grow the business.

The role requires coaching, performance management, and collaboration across departments to optimize campaigns and reporting. A dynamic, results-driven professional with strong communication skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the Sales team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Set sales goals, monitor performance, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to Sales Associates.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student inquiries, enrollment, and brand awareness.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, offers, events, and other marketing activities.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements based on results.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports for management.
• Track key performance indicators such as leads, inquiries, conversion rates, enrollment, and campaign performance.
