• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 1 year minimum in candidate intake, course sales, client success, or educational counseling.
• Professional fluency in English with polished interpersonal style.
• Proven pipeline management, persuasive negotiation, and closing enrollments/sales.
• Strong time-management and adaptability in a fast-evolving organization.
• Familiarity with online education platforms or ed-tech environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Philippine e-commerce ecosystem is a distinct advantage.
