Job summary

GH Premier Review Center is seeking a Sales and Marketing Supervisor to lead the enrollment-focused sales team onsite in Manila. You will design and execute sales strategies to raise leads, conversions, and student enrollment, while supervising a team and coordinating with Marketing, Operations, and Academic units.

You will monitor pipelines, provide regular performance reports, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in education or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase leads and student enrollment.
• Monitor sales pipelines, lead follow-ups, and the enrollment process.
• Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Academic teams to align campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure leads are documented and followed up.
