Job summary

Mary Grace Foods Inc. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee store/café and manufacturing facility maintenance, including water treatment, electrical and HVAC systems.

You will lead engineers, technicians, and specialists to implement preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple sites. The role requires a licensed mechanical or electrical engineer, with 3+ years supervising repair teams in food-related settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (PRC).
• 3+ years experience supervising repair and maintenance across multiple sites in food-related settings.
• Experience in CAPEX & OPEX budgeting preferred.
• Willing to work 6-day weeks and shifts; field work possible; head office in Paranaque City.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of technicians for repairs and maintenance across stores, cafés and plant.
• Oversees administrative coordinators to ensure permits and materials are complete.
• Develops monthly work plans for the Engineering Group.
