Job summary

Marygracecafe is seeking a Licensed Mechanical Engineer to manage preventive and corrective maintenance across facilities and equipment. You will assist the Engineering Supervisor, coordinate with technicians, and maintain documentation and housekeeping at the head office in Paranaque City.

The role requires at least 6 months in facility or HVAC/kitchen equipment maintenance, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• At least 6 months of experience in property/facility management or HVAC/kitchen equipment repairs and maintenance
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Immediate availability; able to work 6 days per week at the Paranaque City Head Office

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal performance of facilities, equipment, tools, and machines through preventive and corrective maintenance
• Assist Engineering Supervisor with repairs and maintenance activities
• Manage work plans and coordinate with technicians in the assigned area
• Maintain systematic filing of documents
• Maintain good housekeeping of the work area
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to complete tasks
• Create required reports and perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the head
