Job summary

Mary Grace Café seeks an Engineering Supervisor to oversee facilities, kitchen equipment, and machinery across stores, including waste water treatment, electrical systems, and HVAC. Lead engineers, technicians, and specialists to execute preventive maintenance and repairs.

The role requires licensed mechanical/electrical engineering, at least 1 year of supervisory experience in relevant areas, and the ability to manage direct-hire technicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in Kitchen, HVAC equipment, or facilities repairs & maintenance.
• Experience with direct-hire/direct report/in-house technicians is preferred.
• Experience with CAPEX & OPEX budgets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of technicians (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) for repairs and maintenance works.
• Manages administrative coordinators to ensure permits and materials are ready for repairs and maintenance.
• Develops, maintains, and implements monthly work plans for the Engineering Group.
• Prepares and implements cost-effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Monitors data and evaluates preventive and corrective actions for equipment and treatment programs.
• Ensures tools, spare parts, and operating supplies are defined, sourced timely, and inventory is appropriate.
• Enforces safety rules and regulations; coaches and appraises performance.
• Prepares annual department budget and related reports.
• Willing to travel to Mary Grace Café locations; 6-day workweek (48 hours).
• Can start ASAP; head office in San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City.
