Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor in the Philippines to lead preventive maintenance across all plant equipment, ensuring compliance with FSSC standards and documented PM activities.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar supervisory position in food manufacturing, strong mechanical and electrical maintenance know-how, and CMMS experience to streamline maintenance scheduling and asset reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 2–3 years as Engineering Supervisor in a food manufacturing plant.
• Experience in equipment and facilities maintenance with mechanical/electrical emphasis.
• Experience with CMMS or industrial maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise preventive maintenance activities of all plant equipment and ensure effective implementation of documented PM activities in compliance to FSSC standards.
• Prepare preventive maintenance plan activities and coordinate schedule to production or line owners.
• Monitor and implement on time all calibration schedule of machine instruments, pressures gauges, controllers, and flow meters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• With at least 2-3 years experience as an Engineering Supervisor in a food manufacturing plant.
• Experience in equipment and facilities maintenance work with an emphasis on mechanical and electrical.
