Plan and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and equipment failure
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for repairs, renovations, and campus improvement projects
Prepare maintenance schedules, budgets, and reports
Respond to facility emergencies and ensure safe learning environment for students and staff
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (licensed engineer preferred)
At least 30 years of experience in facilities engineering management with 1-2 years in supervisory capacity
Knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and preventive maintenance practices
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Willing to work on-site at North Manila/Caloocan, or Antipolo
