Fly Ace Corporation is seeking a Facility Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of building facilities, utilities, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Key duties include regular inspections of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, and coordination with contractors for repairs. Basic maintenance reports and emergency response are also part of the role.
The Facility Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of building facilities, utilities, and equipment to ensure a safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant working environment. The role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance activities and coordinates with contractors, service providers, and internal departments for facility-related requirements.
Monitor and maintain building facilities, equipment, and utilities.
Conduct regular inspection of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems.
Perform and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and coordinate repair of facility and equipment problems.
Monitor electricity, water, air-conditioning, and other utilities.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
Assist in facility improvement, repair, and installation projects.
Ensure that facilities and equipment are safe and in good working condition.
Monitor compliance with safety and government requirements.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Prepare basic maintenance and facility reports.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and facility concerns.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Preferably with relevant engineering license or certification.
With experience in facility or equipment maintenance is an advantage.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment and on shifting schedules when required.
