Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance within our facilities in the Philippines.

You will lead a team, ensure adherence to standard procedures, and focus on preventive maintenance of high voltage systems and electrical panels. The role requires a BS Electrical Engineering, optionally Registered Electrical Engineer, and at least two years in a food or dairy manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Registered Electrical Engineer is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience in facilities in a food/dairy manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of high voltage systems/substations/electrical panels preventive maintenance
• Familiar with facility electrical audits per Philippine Electrical Code
• Can perform electrical works and cost estimation
• Experience with CMMS or industrial maintenance software is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct subordinates in daily electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
• Monitor stock availability for machine parts, consumables, and fuel inventory.
• Coordinate with purchasing on requested items, delivery schedules, and repair pick-up dates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on product specifications, compliance, and project planning.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, Registered Electrical Engineer is an advantage
• With at least 2 years work experience handling facilities in a food/dairy manufacturing set-up
• With knowledge on high voltage systems/ substations/ electrical panels preventive maintenance
• Familiar and can do facility electrical audits based on Philippine Electrical Code
• Can do electrical works and estimate costing
• With experience on CMMS or any industrial maintenance management program/ software is an advantage

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and directs subordinates in their daily monitoring ad maintenance activities, both in electrical and mechanical and assure compliance to standard practice and procedures.
• Monitor availability of stocks for machine parts, consumables, and fuel (bunker oil, industrial diesel & coal inventory).
• Coordinate/follow up with purchasing on requested items, its delivery schedule, pick up dates of repair jobs.
• Coordinate and discuss with suppliers & contractors regarding product specifications, project compliance to requirements and project planning.
