Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering is required; licensed engineer preferred.
• 30+ years of experience in facilities engineering management with 1–2 years in supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site at North Manila/Caloocan, or Antipolo.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and repair of campus facilities, buildings, and equipment (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and fire/safety regulations.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and equipment failure.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for repairs, renovations, and campus improvement projects.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Respond to facility emergencies and ensure safe learning environment for students and staff.
