We are looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Assistant Supervisor to support the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance operations to ensure optimal facility performance and equipment reliability.

This role is responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supervising technicians, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Operations & Planning

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Ensure facility and equipment maintenance requirements are completed on time
• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Perform hands-on diagnostics and repairs when required
• Minimize equipment downtime and maintain production efficiency
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate replenishment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Supervise daily activities of maintenance technicians
• Assign tasks and monitor work completion
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
• Evaluate team performance and technical capability
• Deliver coaching and development plans
• Conduct training on:
