Job summary

A leading retail corporation in Misamis Oriental is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of equipment in stores and distribution centers. Responsibilities include conducting field visits, managing maintenance programs, and providing support for new store openings. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least three years of experience in facilities maintenance. This role requires strong technical skills related to various equipment systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in industrial/building facilities, retail store repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance programs.
• Preferably Supervisor/3+ years experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular field visits to check facilities and ensure compliance with housekeeping programs.
• Maintain all equipment facilities, including troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Support new store openings and renovations, guide in resolving equipment issues.
• Ensure store and DC equipment are enrolled in the SAP Plant Maintenance.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform regular field visits to check all facilities and ensure that all complies within the standard housekeeping programs and guidelines, monitors all repair activities and assess all pest control request from the stores and DC.
• Responsible for the proper maintenance of all equipment facilities including troubleshooting and repair activities.Check and validate all maintenance work related to equipment facilities of store and Distribution Center (DC). Initiates, Implements and monitors facilities maintenance program.
• Provide support and assistance to all new store openings and renovations, and guide Store Operations and the DC Group in resolving equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Ensures that store and dc equipment (except I.T. related ) are enrolled and uploaded in the SAP Plant Maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in industrial/building facilities, retail stores, store repair and maintenance or its equivalent.
• With knowledge on the following: Electrical Panels, Air-conditioning, Refrigeration equipment, standby generators (50-300kVA), Fire Alarm System
• Preferably Supervisor / 3 years & up experience Employees specializing in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
