Job summary

Marygracecafe seeks an Engineering Jr. Manager (Manufacturing & Head Office) to plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering operations, including facilities, utilities, repairs, maintenance, and major projects.

You will lead engineers/technicians, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while steering energy efficiency programs. The role includes energy management responsibilities, cost-saving initiatives, audits, and compliance with energy regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• PRC-licensed Engineer and Certified Energy Manager (required).
• 5+ years in Facilities / Property / Engineering / Manufacturing Management.
• Prior managerial or senior leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of ISO Energy Management Systems and Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing environments and compliance standards (HACCP, FSSC, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of plant equipment and utilities.
• Oversee job order completion, calibration, and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, processes, and cost efficiency.
• Manage engineering OPEX and CAPEX budgets and annual proposals.
• Monitor repair costs and utilities consumption.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments to support business goals.
• Generate data-driven reports and present insights to Management.
