Job summary

Mary Grace Cafe is seeking a Cadet Engineer to support store/cafe equipment, machinery, and facilities to deliver The Goodness of Home to customers.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and coordinating with technicians across locations. Fresh graduates are welcome; travel to various Mary Grace Café locations is required. On-site role at the head office in Paranaque City, with immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer is required.
• 6 months of experience in property/facility management or HVAC/kitchen equipment repairs is acceptable.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations.
• Willing to report on a 6-day workweek at the Head Office, Paranaque City (San Martin de Porres).
• Can start as soon as possible.
• Fresh graduates with academic or co-curricular achievements are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensures optimum performance of facilities, equipment, tools, and machines through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Assists Engineering Supervisor to carry out repairs & maintenance activities.
• Manages work plan assignments and coordination with technicians within the assigned area.
• Maintains systematic filing of documents.
• Maintains good housekeeping of the work area.
• Coordinates and interacts with other departments and stakeholders in carrying out tasks.
• Creates required reports and executes other tasks as instructed by his/her immediate supervisor.
• Performs other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the immediate head.
