The Engineering Coordinator supports the Engineering Supervisor and engineering team in implementing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair activities for all store equipment and facilities of Mary Grace Foods, Inc. The role is responsible for coordinating concerns, managing ticketing systems, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between Engineering and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair activities
Receive, monitor, and prioritize internal customer concerns
Manage and update the ticketing system for proper monitoring and resolution
Provide updates and timelines to internal customers through calls and messaging platforms
Coordinate work permits and repair schedules with store operations
Assist in supplier and third-party service coordination, including purchase requests and follow-ups
Prepare material requests and documentation related to repairs and maintenance
Maintain organized and updated engineering documents and records
Support cost-saving and process improvement initiatives
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, vendors, and other departments regarding engineering concerns
Assist in resolving work-related concerns within the Engineering team
Support section meetings and status updates for pending concerns, accomplishments, and projects
Help strengthen communication and working relationships between Engineering and internal customers
Bachelor’s degree in any course
At least 1 year of work experience
Experience in coordination or administrative support is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail
