Qualifications

• College graduate with engineering focus preferred.
• Five years of full-time work experience in the food manufacturing industry or similar.
• Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and aligns operations with management goals and targets.
• Monitors KPI achievement and drives continuous improvement across sections.
• Coaches and mentors team members to foster growth and uphold company values.
• Evaluates performance and aligns individual goals with department objectives.
• Proposes and leads operational improvement projects based on data analysis.
• Plans project timelines and resource requirements.
• Oversees project execution to ensure proper implementation at every step.
• Allocates and manages resources to meet departmental goals.
