Qualifications

• Graduates of Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related courses.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Technical or engineering background is preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical products, manufacturing processes or technical specs is helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote and present the company products and services to prospective clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production and other departments on customer specs.
• Conduct client visits and product presentations as needed.
• Follow up quotations, orders, deliveries and concerns.
• Monitor customer requirements, market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
