Job summary

Level Up Business Process Outsourcing Services OPC in Cebu City is seeking an Energy Storage After-Sales Engineer for on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of energy storage products. You will ensure rapid issue resolution and high customer satisfaction at customer sites.

Responsibilities include on-site and remote technical support for energy storage systems, system commissioning, firmware upgrades, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and documenting service

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience with battery storage, inverters, UPS, or solar PV systems.
• Fluent in English; able to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Willing to travel frequently (up to 50-75%) to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for energy storage systems (batteries, BMS, PCS, and EMS).
• Perform system commissioning, firmware upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults; document failure analyses and field service reports.
• Train customers and partners on system operation, safety, and basic maintenance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate logistics for replacements.
• Support sales with pre-sales technical input on installation and serviceability.
