Job summary

Pfizer Philippines is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment from entry to Manager level, across Southeast Asia. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues to deliver competitive offers and a positive candidate experience, leveraging AI tools and Workday for efficient hiring.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for junior to mid-level roles.
• Experience with direct sourcing or recruitment agencies.
• Experience with university recruiting programs.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source candidates and conduct interviews.
• Provide feedback to candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Oversee offer development and pre-employment screening.
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes and diversity goals.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Support regional hiring across Southeast Asia.
