Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an EMR Software Support Specialist to triage tickets, resolve issues, and support Homebase EMR users onsite in Pasay.

You will handle provisioning, password resets, and testing after upgrades, while maintaining documentation and knowledge bases. The role includes training and occasional on-call duties, with English communication and Windows/MS Office proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of Home Health operations experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming support tickets and provide timely resolution for issues related to the EMR Homecare Homebase application.
• Provide effective technical support to local and remote end users via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot software errors and user issues; escalate complex concerns to senior teams or vendors when needed.
• Manage application users, including provisioning, role changes, and password resets.
• Test software functionality before and after upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
• Assist in software configuration and system setup as directed by the supervisor.
• Facilitate software training sessions and identify opportunities for additional training.
• Stay updated on software releases and changes to ensure effective end-user support.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate in on-call support and other duties as required.
