Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Software Support Specialist to assist end users with the Homecare Homebase EMR app. This onsite role at Mall of Asia, Pasay, follows a night shift and requires strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

You will triage tickets, provide timely resolutions, manage user accounts, document solutions, and collaborate with supervisors and vendors to ensure reliable end-user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or 1 year of Home Health operations experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Home Health/Hospice software is preferred.
• Strong communication and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming support tickets and provide timely resolution for EMR app issues.
• Provide effective technical support to local and remote end users via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot software errors and user issues, escalate when needed.
• Manage application users including provisioning and password resets.
• Test software functionality before and after upgrades and changes.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and user guides.
• Assist in software configuration and system setup as directed.
• Participate in software training sessions and identify training opportunities.
• Stay updated on software releases and changes to ensure end-user support.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate in on-call support and other duties as required.
