Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our onsite Night Shift team at Mall of Asia, Pasay. You will triage and resolve tickets for the Homecare Homebase EMR application, supporting local and remote users via email, phone, and tickets.

The role includes testing, documentation, and user training assistance to ensure smooth software operations. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or 1 year of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in Windows

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or 1 year Home Health operations experience.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve support tickets for Homecare Homebase EMR application.
Provide end-user support via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot software errors and escalate complex issues to senior teams or vendors.
Manage user accounts including provisioning, roles, and password resets.
Test software functionality before/after upgrades and configurations.
Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and user guides.
Assist in software configuration and system setup as directed.
Participate in software training and identify additional training needs.
Stay updated on releases and changes to ensure effective end-user support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.
Participate in on-call support as required.
