Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Business Applications Support Specialist to triage tickets and provide timely user support for the Homecare Homebase EMR application at our Pasay site.

You will configure users, test functionality, and maintain documentation while collaborating with supervisors, vendors, and peers. This role requires on-site work during night shifts and offers competitive rewards, including healthcare coverage from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or 1 year Home Health ops experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Home Health/Hospice software is preferred.
• Strong information systems and basic troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to provide professional phone and online support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming support tickets and resolve issues related to the Homecare Homebase EMR application.
• Provide effective end-user support via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot software errors and escalate complex issues to senior teams or vendors.
• Manage application users including provisioning, access changes, and password resets.
• Test software functionality before and after upgrades or changes and document results.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge base articles.
