Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an EMR Software Support Specialist to join our onsite night shift team at Mall of Asia, Pasay. You will triage support tickets for the Homecare Homebase EMR application and deliver timely technical assistance to users locally and remotely.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting software problems, provisioning user access, and testing features before and after upgrades. You’ll contribute to knowledge base creation and training, while collaborating with vendors and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or 1 year Home Health ops experience.
Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS.
Familiarity with Home Health/Hospice operational software preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Triage incoming support tickets and provide timely resolution for issues related to the EMR Homecare Homebase application.
Provide effective technical support to local and remote end users via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot software errors and user issues; escalate complex cases to senior teams or vendors when needed.
Manage application users, including provisioning, role/access changes, and password resets.
Test software functionality before/after upgrades and configurations; document outcomes.
