Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an EMR Software Support Specialist for on-site night shift in Pasay, Philippines. You will triage and resolve issues in the Homecare Homebase EMR, support users via multiple channels, and coordinate with senior teams and vendors when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in CS/IT or related field, or 1 year Home Health operations experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows OS.
• Familiarity with Home Health/Hospice software preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to provide professional phone and online support, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming support tickets and resolve issues for the Homecare Homebase EMR application.
• Provide technical support via email, phone, and ticketing systems to local and remote users.
• Troubleshoot software errors and escalate complex issues to senior teams or vendors as needed.
• Manage application users including provisioning, roles, access, and password resets.
• Test software before/after upgrades and configuration changes; document findings.
• Create and maintain user guides, how-to materials, and training content.
