Job summary

MicroSourcing is looking for an Application Support Specialist (Healthcare) to join our onsite team at Mall of Asia, Pasay. You will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for the Homecare Homebase EMR system, supporting local and remote users via multiple channels.

The role requires a degree in CS/IT or equivalent; strong English skills; and a proactive approach to user support, documentation, and training. Onsite night shifts with opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 1 year Home Health operations experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
• Familiarity with Home Health/Hospice software is preferred.
• Strong understanding of information systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming support tickets and provide timely resolution for Homecare Homebase EMR issues.
• Provide effective technical support to local and remote users via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot software errors and user issues; escalate when needed.
• Manage application users: provisioning, role/access changes, password resets.
• Test software functionality before/after upgrades and configurations.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
