Job summary
MicroSourcing is hiring a Business Applications Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for the Homecare Homebase EMR system. The role is onsite in Mall of Asia, Pasay, with night shift coverage.
You will triage tickets, assist end users via email/phone, and coordinate with senior teams or vendors when needed. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, strong English communication, and experience with EMR or Home Health software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
- Experience with Home Health operations or EMR systems preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English communication.
Responsibilities
- Triage support tickets and resolve issues for Homecare Homebase EMR.
- Provide end-user support via email, phone, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot software errors and escalate as needed.
- Manage application users, roles, and password resets.
- Test software changes before/after upgrades and config updates.
- Maintain documentation and user guides; assist training sessions.
