5 ELK is seeking an Employee Relations Supervisor in Dumaguete, Philippines, to drive a just and respectful workplace culture, strengthen communication, and ensure compliant HR practices. The role focuses on using data to boost engagement, identifying risks early, and advising employees and leaders on workplace matters, with emphasis on investigations and complex cases.
