  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in investigations and complex ER cases.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Amenable to work onsite and in shifting schedule.

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct impartial investigations related to employee concerns, misconduct and policy violations.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and procedures to leaders and employees.
  • Recommend corrective actions and ensure consistent discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support development and implementation of HR policies and handbooks.
  • Coach managers on people management, performance, onboarding, leaves, and separations.
  • Promote employee engagement and address workplace concerns affecting morale.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence and prepare ER analytics and reports.

Duties And Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Case Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct impartial and thorough investigations related to employee concerns, misconduct, and policy violations.
  • Provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
  • Recommend appropriate corrective actions and ensure consistent application of disciplinary measures.
Policy & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on sensitive or high-risk cases.
Manager & Employee Advisory
  • Coach managers on effective people management, performance management, and handling employee concerns.
  • Provide guidance on employee lifecycle matters, including onboarding, performance improvement plans, leaves, and separations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, promoting open communication and early resolution of issues.
Engagement & Culture
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help address workplace concerns impacting morale and productivity.
  • Identify trends and root causes of employee relations issues and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and accountability.
HR Partnership & Reporting
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (TA, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll) to support business needs.
  • Prepare reports and analytics related to employee relations cases, trends, and outcomes.
  • Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation of all ER cases.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience (HR Generalist or similar role), with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in conducting investigations and handling complex ER cases.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
