Were looking for a people-oriented Employee Relations Associate whos eager to learn and help create a positive employee experience!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct employee check-ins, wellness monitoring, and engagement activities
• Assist in handling employee concerns, disciplinary cases (NTE/NOD), and incident reports
• Monitor attendance and support basic HR documentation
• Assist in performance appraisals and HR reporting
• Support contract coordination, employee movements, and HR processes
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Employee Relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and handle employee relations tasks
• Organized and detail-oriented
