• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in employee relations, grievance handling, or related HR functions.
• Knowledge of basic labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Strong communication, investigation, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive employee concerns.
