Job summary

Candy Corner Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations and Compliance Specialist to drive governance, pre-employment checks, and investigations, ensuring fair processes across the organization.

The role handles end-to-end case management, labor-law compliance, and policy enforcement, with responsibilities including background verifications, internal investigations, and separation administration. This in-person role requires strong integrity and a 3-5 year background in ER/Labor management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Employee relations and Labor Management.
• Strong admin hearing, case documentation, and Labor Law application experience.
• Experience in Retail and Operational Driven Environment.

Responsibilities

• Handles end to end employee disciplinary processes including issuance of NTE; Scheduling and facilitation of admin hearing; Documentation of proceedings and case resolution.
• Investigates employee infractions such as AWOL, tardiness and misconduct; Fraud, dishonesty and policy violations.
• Maintains a centralized case tracker and documentation system.
• Ensures all disciplinary actions are consistent, progressive and aligned with the company policy.
